Lebanese Cedars Community Fixtures 2026: Schedule, Teams and Match Details
The Lebanese Cedars Rugby League Football Association is a Sydney club built around the Lebanese community, with the goal of developing rugby league talent and building a pathway toward the Lebanon national team program.

Match Day Details: What You Need to Know
Family Fun Day: 13 September at Holroyd Gardens
The Lebanese Cedars are running a Family Fun Day on Sunday 13 September at Holroyd Gardens in Merrylands. Gates open at 11 am and the event runs until 4.30 pm.
Activities on the day include amusement rides, a petting zoo, food trucks, face painting, a kids’ show and clowns, a live DJ and Lebanese drummers. This is a ticketed event, with tickets available via Eventbrite.

Cedars vs Maori NSW: 20 September, Ringrose Park
This is the headline fixture of the season. It is held at Ringrose Park in Wentworthville, at the corner of the Great Western Highway and Cumberland Highway. It is a multi-grade match day, meaning almost every squad in the club plays on the same day.

Samoa vs Cedars: 27 September, Cabramatta Sports Ground
The second major fixture takes place at Cabramatta Sports Ground, 24 Sussex Street, Cabramatta NSW 2166. Gate times and a match-day schedule have not yet been published for this fixture.
Harmony Cup Nines: 17 to 18 October, Tuggerah
The season closes with the Harmony Cup Nines, a two-day tournament at the Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex in Tuggerah, approximately 80 kilometres north of Sydney’s CBD via the M1.
2026 Trials and Squad Status
Invitational trials for the 2026 season have now closed. Registrations closed on Monday 29 June, and trials for Under 15s and 16s ran on 20 July, with Under 18s and Opens trialling on 22 July.
Squad selections for both the men’s and women’s programs are still being finalised. Squad announcements will be posted on the club’s Instagram once confirmed. If you missed this year’s trial window, keep an eye on the club website for the next round of registrations.
The club’s Women’s Pathways Program continues to expand for 2026 alongside the established Men’s program.
